Pregnancy yoga ✦ & birthing wellbeing day

Saturday, 30th November, 11-4pm • Norwich Wellbeing Centre

A FREE mummy to be wellbeing day in collaboration with Zenmuma, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Find community, take a breath for yourself, and learn tools for a mindful pregnancy and birth. Join us for a sharing circle, gentle prenatal yoga class and an empowering workshop covering practical birthing techniques and preparation.

The day will include:

Sharing circles

A safe, supportive space for reflection, connection and sharing with others.

Gentle prenatal yoga class

Led by ZenMuma and Freedom Wellbeing founder Jackie, this class will nurture both mind and body, ending with a relaxing yoga nidra to help you visualise a mindful birth. The class is suitable for all levels and we will provide modifications for those with pelvic girdle pain or other concerns.

Nourishing lunch

Enjoy a wholesome vegetarian lunch, prepared with ingredients that nourish both body and mind. This is a time to relax and connect with fellow mothers-to-be.

Birthing workshop

An empowering session covering active birth techniques, pranayama for a calmer labour and hypnobirthing practices. Trust your body’s natural wisdom and approach pregnancy and birth with confidence and calm.

Delivered as part of Yoga in Action

As part of our current project, we are on a mission to increase access to yoga and wellbeing for new and expectant mothers and families across Norfolk. This workshop is FREE to attend and funded by the National Lottery Community fund. Don’t hesitate to snap up this opportunity, spaces are limited!
